Community Health Outreach

Sarfaraz Khan Village · Mardan · Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
A community health facility for the women and children of Katlang and rural Mardan. Women's health, maternity care, diagnostics and a 24/7 ambulance to the right hospital, in one place.

Inside the Foundation
Real rooms, real equipment, real people. Watch the film, or tap any photo to see it larger.
Why this facility matters
That is how far a woman in these villages may travel to reach Mardan, and Peshawar is farther still. Cost, transport and cultural barriers delay the journey further. The Foundation brings first care into the valley.
See the journey on the map →Pakistan Census 2023, as cited in the Foundation's brief.
Our philosophy
Mehar Jana and Amina each give their name to a set of values that guide our care. Switch between them, and tap a letter to open it.
What we provide
Led by experienced clinicians and designed around privacy, dignity and respectful care.
Privacy, dignity and respectful care for every woman who walks through our doors.
Pregnancy should not become dangerous simply because care is too far away.
Healthy communities begin with healthy children.
Seeing a doctor is only part of good care. Patients also need timely investigations, so these are available on site, meaning fewer unnecessary journeys and faster decisions.

Supporting pregnancy monitoring and women's healthcare.

Essential blood tests, screening and clinical investigations.

Essential medicines and maternal-health supplements.

A fully functional theatre with trained staff for gynaecological procedures.

Trained staff assess patients, give immediate support and decide whether referral is needed.
Our 24/7 emergency lifeline
We are a first point of care, not a replacement for major hospitals. When a mother needs more, our ambulance takes her on to Mardan or Peshawar. Explore it on the map.
A pregnant woman in Katlang has a problem at night. Switch between the two and watch the light on the map.
Depending on clinical need, we refer to these hospitals. Select one to trace the route.
Road distances are approximate.
Get care
Open day and night. If something feels wrong, call us or come straight in.
For mothers and families
If a mother has any of these signs, during pregnancy or after birth, she needs care straight away. Tick any you are seeing.
This list is a guide based on WHO pregnancy danger signs, not a diagnosis. When in doubt, call.
Beyond the hospital walls
More than a hospital, a movement of care. Built on community participation, local ownership and a shared mission for a healthier Mardan.

Why your support matters
Healthcare must be delivered every day.

Your support strengthens
Medicines, diagnostics, ultrasound services, maternal-health supplies and medical equipment.
